The State Diagram – Washing Machine

For those of you following along, my second assignment entails creating 3 state chart diagrams for 3 different pieces of control software: a washing machine, a DVD player, and an answering machine.

I had previously shared my first stab at one of these diagrams with the DVD player. This time, I wanted to share the results of my washing machine diagram.

I am very happy with this diagram so far. I may have gotten some of how a washing machine actually works messed up, but I think my use of UML is about right.

Please let me know if there are any obvious mistakes for this UML rookie.
